Odamea Amoako

Operations Manager

Odamea is the Operations Manager at the HACSA Foundation, where she leads initiatives in cultural preservation and gender empowerment. She directs HACSA’s Tech4Girls program, a pioneering project that trains women in in-demand tech skills such as coding, AI, and ICT, supporting women’s employment and bridging the digital skills gap.

Odamea brings a unique blend of healthcare and legal expertise to her work. Holding a first degree in Pharmacy and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree, she combines her academic background with a deep commitment to youth and women’s advocacy. Beyond her work at HACSA, she has served as an Ambassador for the UN Federation of International Gender and Human Rights, spoken at international forums such as the Black Women Matter virtual talk, and mentored young women through organizations like the Girls Excellence Movement and Proswrites Foundation.

As the SRC Vice President at her law school and the first President of the Central Leadership Program Alumni Association, Odamea demonstrates her passion for leadership, governance, and positive social change.
